"I'm in position." said their remaining member who were to act as a decoy to the group. After giving an affirmative roger, the girl would move around so as to take a spot they had agreed upon earlier. Using the facility buildings around them as cover they would move closer so as to approach their target building. Stacking up against the wall she leaned her head ever so slightly, so as to check what awaits them.

Looking from behind, there wasn't much in terms of obstacles...only more patrolling guards and dogs. She was about to give the call for distraction when something within the window shone caught her attention. The window was in a slightly elevated position, watching over the clear route to their backyard. It didn't even take a moment for her to put two-on-two together to know what she was confronting with. Her tongue clicked slightly as even with her binoculars there was no way for her to spot the hidden guard.

"Sniper. Second floor."she told Ivory before taking out the radio."If we're lucky, they should be facing the other way when the fight start but there's also a chance that he wouldn't buy it. The two of us should split as we charge in so they'd be left guessing who to shoot. Maybe even use the smoke grenade as cover support."

Should Ivory agree with her proposal, Kasumi would immediately give the order for the decoy to start distraction. If not, she would wait instead and listen to other alternative proposals Ivory may have.

Ivory Volkov

Kasumi's fist struck completely nothing but thin air at the last second. At first she blinked in confusion before realizing that Orion had dodged her attack the very last second. Instead of getting pissed off however she smirk slightly, figuring that while he may not act like it but her assault had started to take a toll on him.

"Oh? What's this? I thought my attack barely tickles Old Man Prima."Turning around to face him, she take a slow almost deliberate approach as she circle around her partner. Channeling the magical energy throughout her body, she weaved mana into her skin so as to make it more durable against any incoming assault assault. Then without warning she would leap straight into him before delivering a straight right across his
face. She then immediately pull back her hand in response.

"Or could it be that you have started to grow senile~?"she teased again, even making the come on gesture with her hand to beckon him to attack.

Despite taking a few more blows from her strikes the man still didn't retaliate against her. He was definitely putting on air and for a justified reason. Like a damn oak tree he simply wouldn't fall down even under her repeated strikes. Though the analogy she just thought at that moment gave her an idea.

"Is that so? I think you're just full of yourself."

Earlier, she had attacked from random angles to probe his defenses but since Orion didn't even bother to do so then it would be better to focus all her attacks on one spot. That comment about her being too green hit home as well and her expression changed slightly. Like an archer nocking back an arrow, Kasumi pulled back her fist before driving it right back into his body. This time she made sure to attack the same precise spot she hit earlier with her straight. The lightning that crackles around his body was concerning but as long as it didn't electrify her, she only kept note of them.

"So it's just for show then is it? To impress the ladies?" she taunted back in response. If she couldn't bring out some sort of response from him soon...well, she can only imagine what the others would say seeing her beating up a man who simply endure through her attacks.

Raising her eyebrows slightly in response to Ivory's words she studied her facial feature closely. The Chief she knew would usually be smiling and she had even expected her to crack a joke or two. Yet the agitation on Ivory face was quite recognizable under that solemn expression. For her, this was not good...definitely not good at all.

"...Understood. I'll tell him to use the humvee as a portable cover. The plating's thick enough to block most rifle rounds." she replied before taking out the lacryma powered radio to inform the non-mage combatant of their revised plan. In her opinion the revised plan would lure less men from the compound increasing complications but...well, having experienced the underboss martial skill she was sure she could manage no less.

With that Kasumi would head on over to open the trunk of the car. Though she was a mage, she was a bit unorthodox in that she had no qualms against using conventional weaponries if it meant tilting the advantage into their favor. On her waist was a utility belt to which multiple choices of non-lethal grenades were attached. From smoke to flashbang, she had them prepared in case their infiltration turned into a bit more complicated than expected. After checking her equipments to be working properly, she would head over towards Ivory's side. The only thing left was awaiting her order to move into position. But...

"Everything alright Chief? If you're feeling unwell I can use a handler instead. You just had to call out on the enemies I can't spot from my position."

In the first place to have the underboss themself show up in an operation like this was unheard of. Especially not in the front lines where firefights are concentrated. She cannot help but wondered if there's a reason that she would be this invested in the operation.

Ivory Volkov

"Running out of steam? I can do this all day." Kasumi replied as she gets ready to move on the offense once more. At this time a thought occured to her...why wouldn't he retaliate? Her actual fighting technique was nothing like the sloppy one she used now, driven by nothing but pure aggression. Was it because of curiosity, that he wanted to see what else she can pull before making his moves? Or was he preparing magic of his own that would only activate after a certain amount of time? Regardless she could not help but become more cautious with every hit she delivered.

"Don't flatter yourself. So far you only show that you can take a hit." she snapped back. Harder, she definitely need to hit him more so that he would take her more seriously. He didn't even tried to guard against her attack as his stance was full of openings. Her martial technique taught her to wear her opponent down and while that usually serve her well in most occassion, this time it clashed against her desire to put him down flat on the mat. This time she would deliver a straight directly towards his body.

"Or can you not fight without relying on that sword of yours?"

Trying to navigate through the panicking crowd was like swimming against the tide. Everytime the girl try to push through, there would be some soul who would push back against her as well making progress through them quite slow. Her totebag had all but disappeared, carried by the waves of fleeing people. Though she was less bothered by that than the scene that unfold before her eyes.

Flies and maggots around them all coming from the fresh fruit and vegetables that she had admired just moments before. As Kasumi scanned the area for the source, her eyes finally behold the horrific creatures behind the scene. Like messengers of pestilence they seem to be spreading diseases where ever they go. She considered leaving them be and focus on helping along with the evacuation until the creatures took notice of her.

Too late for that now....

Three creatures pounced upon her at once, all ready to rip her apart like they did with the other townspeople. Her body channeling magical energy she braced herself on impact as they attempt to dig their claws and fangs into her causing flashes of pain on her arm. Using the momentum of their pounce upon her, she would attempt to throw them all against the nearest wall. Taking three of them at once was a bit much for her however, as only one of them even struck the wall in first place, leaving the other two.

Taking a moment to assess herself for injuries, she immediately weave magical energy into her skin to better withstand the attack. Once she was done, the girl took a defensive stance beckoning them to attack her again with her hands.
