Kaida, the Dragonewt, whatever one calls her, she's learned to respond. She takes her Guild as a sort of pack, and is fiercely loyal to them. Due to being a creature not very liked by humans, nor her actual kind, she tends to be sympathetic to creatures like her, though this means that in her opinion, no creature is higher than the other and to believe so is foolish. Her only want is to survive with the pack.
Friends
Kaida is a blunt and instinctive personality, which can be intimidating, but long as one isn't a threat right away, she's willing to have a conversation with pretty much anyone...whether she enjoys it is a different matter entirely. She tends to like those with a similar world view to her, to survive with others, but has a soft spot for the naive, thinking they need to be taught. Her own Guild can expect a more friendly air from her, as she sees the Guild of criminals as a sort of family.
Enemy/Hateship
Anyone who threatens her Guild, especially important members, will eventually reach this list, even former friends can't stay off this list forever. Like some kind of animal, she is willing to let someone go the first few times, but aims to destroy any reoccurring enemies. In a more mundane case, a rosy view of the world or superiority irritates her to no end.
Love
Kaida, whenever the thought crosses her mind, would like a person who is reliable and trustworthy by her side. A relationship where both know the other exactly. To her, appearance or gender doesn't matter, but it would take a while for her to even consider a person could be this trustworthy dream.

Woooo! More members! I love that you've already given a nice explanation on Kaida's thoughts and background on the guild itself. And it's nice to know she views it as a family that she can rely on. Yes, most are all criminals, but everyone is in the same boat and look out for each other no matter what. Sovereign may be young and immature, but that doesn't mean he won't fight for his guild and make sure they progress onto bigger and better things. I'd firstly like to know a few things to iron out our plots, like how long Kaida has been part of Quatro Cerberus and her relations with the previous guild master and Sovereign. Does she enjoy doing missions that involve killing, stealing or simply blowing things up? And would she be okay if Sovereign makes a few requests for her to go on missions searching for magical artefacts etc? I think Sovereign would really trust Kaida, knowing that she cares for the members but also has a firm hand when the time comes. Also, did if Kaida joined a while back, maybe the previous guild master could have searched for her after hearing rumours of an oddly mutated lizardwoman with strange abilities. He might have seen how she was practically ostracised by her own people and could have then offered for her to join the guild. Obviously you're free to choose how you joined, I'm happy with whatever and just offering suggestions ;D Kaida Lux

Alright, in terms of length, Kaida have been in the Guild for about 3 years, enough to have at least gotten used to the previous leader...and that's pretty much where sentimentality of the past ends. In terms of leaders, she definitely didn't want the leader to die, but thinks that there's no real way for her to change it, so it doesn't matter in her mind. Sovereign is new to her, but while she was loyal to the other leader, she is trying to be about as loyal to him. To her, he has to be a leader for some reason, and if he's bad at leading, he'll die. Still, she wouldn't want a leader to die without messing up, so she aims to help.
In terms of missions, she truly doesn't mind hurting people or destroying artifacts, as she sees harming anything as a necessary life-and-death, and valuables hold no meaning to her. It should have a point though, as she dislikes risking her and her "family's" life for no reason. This meaning can be as direct as being an enemy, to needing the money, so she's loose. Except against Cait Shelter, as she sees them as an obstacle that must be destroyed at some point, even if they aren't attacking right this moment.
In terms of past, I'm liking the idea of the previous Guild Master finding her and offering to join, making it easy for her to see them as a make-shift family.

I want Sovereign to basically pick up where his brother left off before he went mad. He knows how kind he was to members, recruiting them and offering them a safe place and an opportunity to get back at the people who wronged them. He wants to fill his shoes, and offer this same love and respect to comfort the members who are afraid of what is to come.
This means giving everyone a better way of life, missions and jobs that provide money and simply to help protect society by more unconventional means. If people have stepped out of line through the use of improper magic, they must be put down for the betterment of others. Instead of killing people right off the bat like his brother did, Sovereign will wait for hard evidence of dangerous artefacts and people before sending members to hunt them down.
Cait Shelter will be a tricky one. I don't want an outright war with them xD, but I want enough tension between the two to make both sides feel uncomfortable. I've discussed with Eden that Sovereign and Koji already want to fight each other lmao, so it might be quite a personal thing. However, now that we've decided how loved the previous GM was by the members, it makes sense that they are also wanting revenge in some way. Would be cool if certain members take it upon themselves to get revenge somehow :o

A more investigative than paranoid approach then? Nice. I can imagine it'll already be a big change for the more violent members of the Guild! Kaida certainly might have trouble with the more peaceful approach, but like before stated, she's loyal, she'll at least try and be more gentle...best she can.
I personally like the idea that the Guild Master and members conflict a bit, especially on the concept of the Cait Shelter. Kaida herself sees them as a threat, but believes in listening to orders as long as they make sense. Thus, she doesn't like that cats, but her lease holds firm.
So, in full, I guess this is a good thing we have going. She's loyal enough but confused, and definitely doesn't grasp the more caring approach.

Alecx definitely wouldn't mind fraternizing with someone from a different guild. For her, being in her current guild was because she had similar goals. It wasn't about connections for her. Maybe she cares for a person or two in it, but the guild itself? Not as much.
Honestly, if they do end up having a good relationship (and a close one at that) she may go out of the way to help Kaida, even if she has to disobey the guild at one point. I don't know if Kaida will share the same sentiment but Alecx isn't looking for it to be repaid anyway. As long as she doesn't betray her haha
I mean, that said, what kind of kinship were you looking for between the two? And lemme know what you think too :3
