Alecx is quiet and reserved. Her movements are graceful as the continuous lessons of proper posture has been ingrained to her by her foster parents. However, her rough attitude was a habit hard to shake off from her years living alone.

She may rub people the wrong way. While she usually keeps to herself, her gaze may come of as insulting to others, or perhaps it's the way she dresses itself. Maybe it's how she moves like she's some rich girl better than everyone. Honestly, she doesn't care what you think of her. That's your problem for even caring about someone's appearance. Just don't provoke her, because she will bite.

If this rough exterior hasn't put you off yet, she's cold when you try to talk to her. She acts as if she doesn't care. She rarely smiles but when she does, it's usually a smirk or a smug look.

If you're still here even after that... If you do stay and break through that ice, you'll notice she's not as cold as she shows herself to be. She actually listened to the stories she acted indifferent to. Her demeanor will change in minute ways. Her gaze will look less like a glare and she'll talk more often. Perhaps give a small smile or two every now and then.
You'll realize she's actually protective of people she's fond of, and caring even though she tries not to show it. Patting heads are not below her, should the need for it arise.

Just don't break her trust, because you might never get it back. She'll go back to her cold attitude towards you, except this time, the walls are even higher and thicker than the last.
