Poh-Poh [mission,closed]

Mint had taken up another easy task in order pad her pockets further. One such task that she was sure to enjoy! Beating others to collect money were always among the best jobs; especially cause they usually meant a free drink, too.. not that she didn't have plenty of other options, but it did make for a funner "work place." She was directed to meet someone outside of Rhyolite [?,] and when she arrived the woman was quick to greet her.

"Red King? Ha, hilarious."

She was still outside of the vehicle, her arms crossed over her bosom with a look that said 'no fucking way.' "If you expect me to drive you're confused as fuck."

"Nothing wrong with the title, no. There's just something wrong with the concept in general," she sniffed the air as if double checking something, ".. especially given your.. mundane lineage."

Unlike the redhead, Mint held no smirk of amusement upon her own facade. Instead she felt a glare searing out of her golden orbs the more the woman spoke. What kind of imbecile didn't know how to drive? "Figure it out yourself? I didn't sign up for a babysitting mission - nor would I ever. Honestly, why did you even sign up for something you can't even handle the first five seconds of on your own?"

Humans. Truly only good for one thing: to devour.

She'd turn away suddenly, deciding to walk there; being in the same construct as the redhead seemed unappetizing.

Her hearing, supernatural or not, heard the woman clumsily clomping on after her. She'd roll her eyes, wondering if this partnership was even necessary. When the woman began to "circle" her, Mint would kick up her supernatural speed and blur away from her, keeping outside of her attempt to encompass her. Definitely true for when she reached for her hand, which would never even be graced by her touch given her supernatural swiftness.

"There's no mutual attraction, I can assure you."

She sped ahead, leaving literal dust and shredded blades of grass in her wake; stopping thirty feet away before spinning on her heel, pausing temporarily. "If you can catch up to me, maybe you have a chance of winning over a modicum of respect from me. Maybe. I make no promises." With that, she sent out a peace sign before vanishing; her racial enhancement sending her away and toward Rhyolite on foot — utterly careless as to whether or not the human annoyance could keep up.

As expected, the imbecile's abilities were far behind her own racial ones. So much so that she arrived at Rhyolite several hours before the redhead.

"Well..."

She considered for a moment that, due to the target's alleged bodyguards, that she might as well wait for the crimson crowned person to provide as her "backup."

Not wanting to waste time if unnecessary, hoewever, she would investigate first. Compelling villagers to gift her information about the man and his bodyguards first. When she found out for certain that he had a decent magician bodyguard -- not plural -- she'd decide to wait for her partner. You never know when you need bait.

She'd willingly wait around for hours thereafter, gathering herself a young maiden to hang around with her; periodically feasting upon her blood whilst they waited outside the gates of the village.

When the imbecile finally arrived, she and the compelled lady of brown hair were laying outside the town, in the grass, embraced and stilled with the appearance of a mutal slumber.

The greenette, however, was very much awake and was obscurely feeding. Her face, fangs and the brunette's blood concealed behind her curtain of hair as they tangled in the grass.

Fuck. So good. I can not stop. I want it all.

She had heard the truck rolling in slowly, but was unaware of it's passengers. Purely engrossed in the divine sustenance pouring, for the fifth or sixth time in hours, down her throat, saturating her tongue with pleasure.

The sound of footfalls neared, but Mint wouldn't bother breaking away from her feast until words were offered to her. She, a creature without breath, could take the longest drinks; ending only when she desired. It often meant bad for the humans which she fed upon — and now was no different. Her last swig of the brunette had been lengthy and intense, and she could feel her prey's skin losing it's heat. Reluctantly.. difficultly, she would break away, before the blood stopped coming out all together. Even so, when her mouth broke away, she could feel the body was limp and the brown eyes she'd compelled earlier had drifted shut.

She'd die there, no doubt, within the next twenty or so minutes.

Oops.

Satisfied and in a slightly better mood than she was earlier, she'd lick her crimson laden lips as she rose to a seated position, shrugging toward the imbecile she'd met earlier. "Leaving a hickey. But she seems to of fallen asleep. Guess I wasn't stimulating enough."

She'd left the body where it's puncture-hole'd neck was remaining out of view; even if crimson did tinge her lips, none of the liquid had spilled over given her years of experience. Nonetheless, only a true imbecile would believe that story. After all, her fangs were very pronounced.

She smirked, "Ready slow one? I asked around already. The guy apparently frequents a garden, where some dancing twins tend to go to entertain for cash or food." She brushed off her ass and straighten out her ebony shorts. "In fact, you showed up just in time. Most reported him frequenting it around now, late noon."
