Considering everything that's happened in the past.. however long she'd been awake, Morgan did appreciate being around a bunch of beautiful women who kept her safe as she recuperated and rediscovered what it meant to live. It sucked not being able to return to her old body, or possess the same amount of skill in her magic that she's trained so hard to achieve, but all of that seemed like a small price to pay for what was essentially a second shot at life.[break][break]

When the silver wolf returned from her little trip, the Red King would only raise her eyebrows even further upon realizing the implications of what the guild mistress was proposing. Sure, it didn't sound like a bad idea, but was this truly the right place? They were in public, and there were possibly way more people out there than before. Obviously, she hadn't gotten used to being a woman, along with the sensitivities that certain zones of her body provided, so it's safe to assume that she'd be.. loud.[break][break]

Unless of course, she gets stuffed with a mouthful of fabric, and there were tons to go around here.[break][break]

Funnily enough, the redhead wished she were naked under her armor. Though the undergarments were seemingly necessary from what the silver wolf had mentioned, she failed to chalk up the fact that Morgan was wearing armor that kept most of everything in check. What's the point of a bra if her chest was encased in a protective layer that kept it from moving everywhere? It's not like the thin pieces of fabric helped her out now that her armor was unzipped.[break][break]

She did raise her eyebrows at her partner's words though, and simply resisted the temptation to wolf-whistle. Thankfully, something bubbled beneath the surface of the water once more, and out came a rather bulky-looking fellow that was draped in all sorts of sea creatures that made up most of its clothes and armor pieces. Though she could not have imagined if traditional materials were as plentiful under the sea as they were on the earth, she would admit that this was a creative way of getting around it, even if she remained unsure of its effectiveness. [break][break]

"Us? No, deary me, they've exploded all by themselves! Right in front of our faces, too! You should've seen it, crab juice everywhere!" That would explain the bit of dirt and grime on their bodies, but by no means had Morgan intended on this being a legitimate reason. In fact, she was prepared to fight and face down what was probably their toughest foe yet..[break][break]

Until that shark-like warrior slapped its own forehead and sighed aloud, obviously frustrated. "This is the third time this month! I wonder what's causing this strange phenomenon!"[break][break]

Huh, that actually worked. But now what'll they do? Reason with the thing? Deceive it even more? Surely the latter would only anger it so much more, but there were certainly advantages when fighting someone who was enraged.[break][break][break]

Now that, that was impressive.[break][break]

In her past life, Morgan's seen a variation of this sort of magic used by one of her advisors, and often more than not, it proved to be supremely effective when locating bits of information that would otherwise be inaccessible. Along with the designs being so technical and out of their realm, she was almost tempted to play around with some of those holographic buttons. She probably would've, had it not been for the sudden influx of information regarding the guy's past flooding her brain. Now that's something she never experienced, and boy was it trippy.[break][break]

As one of the workers whom had gone missing, it's a wonder how this person managed to survive this long. Were there others around like him as well? Even with these bits of information divulged, there only seemed to be more questions at the end of the day. "We better be on the lookout for anyone else who might've-"[break][break]

Before she could finish, their surroundings were immediately invaded by a black fog. Heeding the guild mistress's orders, she'd step away from the dangerously weakened stairs to stand by the silver wolf, though she'd just as quickly make sure Jerusalem was able to do the same. As tense as the situation was, she still wore a giant grin on her face somehow, clearly still not associating this with anything supernatural. "You know, from all my years of experience, occurrences like these don't usually end well! But I assume we are to be fighting a magician who specializes in black smoke, yes?"[break][break]

The smog was growing. Thick and heavy, approaching closer and closer until it surrounded the trio, entrapping them in a circle. Just when it looked like it was about to engulf them, it stopped, leaving them to deal with the wailing faces that occasionally popped up. "It can't be that dangerous, right..?" To test things out, she'd pluck a random strand of her hair and tossed it out toward the wall of fog to gauge what would happen.

It wasn't easy, resisting the urge to moan out loud, but Morgan knew it had to be done. Perhaps it was different from when she was a man, she's just always preferred hearing the loud moans of a female rather than focusing on her own being too loud. Though she would admit, it was a much more difficult task, especially with there being so many trigger points on a woman's body.[break][break]

Her cheeks remained red, and her bosom soft to the touch. It's as though every movement she did with her chest unrestricted like this had its own sound effects attached to it, and it certainly was.. bouncy. The Red King almost fell to her knees too, and if the wolf was to look down, she'd be greeted with a sight that must've been enticing. Naturally, with her still in the process of trying to acclimate herself with her new body, it's evident that her newfound sensitivity was something that'd take a lot longer for her to get used to.[break][break]

Thankfully, she'd be left alone for a little while. Hopefully, that damned guild master returns with something that wouldn't constrict her to death, but all throughout, she stared at her own reflection in the mirror, her raised eyebrows signaling a sense of curiosity that showed just how foreign she felt about her brand new self. A sigh escaped her as she crossed her arms, a partial bit of her mind hoping that the reflection would not repeat her motions, that everything would somehow go back to being normal.[break][break]

"Ugh.. and I thought being a woman would be a pleasurable experience. What a hassle it's been.."

Those pesky crustaceans weren't a problem at all. In fact, things were going far too smoothly, and if these were the creatures that the folks from the settlement were worried about, then they were beyond help. However, from her previous interactions with some of the representatives of their clients, a few of them seemed fairly skilled and were more than capable of holding their own against the mutated sea beasts, so either they were underestimating their abilities, or something else was coming.[break][break]

Morgan watched along as the invisible weaponry began skewering through the crab shells. Though the aroma that wafted through the air was to die for, she wouldn't exactly consider any of them edible, unless they were tested beforehand by someone with an affinity for poisons and whatever else that caused these things to develop an intelligence beyond their comprehension, or a body the size of a small child. Still, the blonde did have an impressive showing, and even with the semi-ethereal hand poking at her cheek, the self-proclaimed Red King did not understand what her partner was trying to convey.[break][break]

"I am as exposed as you are, but I suppose you were referencing your strange magic." Boing, boing. Every little god damn movement was accompanied by an imaginary sound effect of sorts that reflected the bounciness of certain assets. With all the crusty crabs dealt wit though, there was little for them to worry about until the next wave of creatures surfaced from the depths of the sea.[break][break]

She wiped the beads of sweat from her forehead and plopped down onto the sandy ground, fanning herself with one hand as she muttered silent curses about the state of the weather. Honestly, even if it puts her at a disadvantage, she wished it was raining instead, but here they were. "How are you not affected by the heat?" She groaned, almost tempted to lay down. Almost, for she knew she had to be aware of what's to come. "I'd suggest a swim, but.. we aren't exactly in the position to do just that, lest we feel like being dragged under."[break][break][break]

There were a lot of things Morgan wished she could question her partner about, but there was a time and place for everything. She'd be a fool to do it now when they have their hands full with the beasts that rose from the sea.[break][break]

The last of those within the first wave would be roasted to a crisp from the redhead's hellish flames. Nothing remained of them save for the charred ashes that were blown away almost immediately by a breeze, leaving no traces of their existence behind. She doubted that this was all that's coming their way, and her theory would prove to be accurate as the waters began bubbling once more, and stepping from the ocean floor came a horde of crustaceans that wielded a variety of different weaponry, from shields to swords and spears.[break][break]

It was a strange sight, what with the crabs only capable of walking from side to side. She couldn't tell how productive they were with their chosen weapons, but she wouldn't want to find out. A snap of her fingers ignited what looked like a ball of fire above her index finger, and as it collided with the ground when she tossed it forward, an explosion reminiscent of an incendiary grenade blew up, leaving bits of napalm-like fires that were spread around the vicinity.[break][break]

A good number of those creatures remained as she looked over to the blonde to see how she was faring. With her chest barely encased in her armor now, every small bit of movement unintentionally highlighted just how gifted her assets were, even if it wasn't something she wished for in the first place, especially with the aftermath being back pain every day. "If you require assistance, I'd be more than happy to help!"

Before she could elaborate any further, Morgan found another pair of lips pressed against her own. It was warm, and the threads of red hair that brushed against her face was a nice touch as well. As she wasn't the type of person who'd decline the kisses of a beautiful woman, she'd indulge in it for just a little while longer, but she knew she'd have to pull away eventually and address what had just happened.[break][break]

Needless to say, she was a lot less excited from having witnessed a man kill himself after spouting such ominous words. The Red King got back on her feet soon after, leaning over the stairs to see where the man had landed, but it proved to be too dark for her to make out what laid within the hole. "Even if he was, he isn't now."[break][break]

"You've heard his words, right?" She shrugged, her attention now turning to the room that he had sprung from. It was empty, just like most of the other rooms in the estate. The only thing that stood out about that particular room was the gathering of cardboard pieces in a corner - probably a makeshift bed of sorts, which meant that the man had been sleeping here for however long. "What is it? And why does it want our soul? Perhaps.. the work of a demonic entity? Could have even been someone I've known, though.. they might not recognize my current self."

To be frank, Morgan had no idea what was causing those issues. She's had them since the end of day one - well, technically, by the time she regained her consciousness, it'd have already been her second or third day into the whole ordeal. It might not be the worst pain in the world, but the consistency of it did bother her to no end. Not once had she made the connections that it all stemmed from the size of her boobs. Now that Audrey's mentioned it, there was some sense to it - not like there's anything she could do about it though, sadly.[break][break]

It wasn't something she'd get used to anytime soon, and with her armor being the way it was, she still didn't feel like there was a need for it. "Are you insane?" Morgan was a lot of things, but she was no idiot. One does not ascend to the top of the food chain and lead a settlement of her own in the past without the intelligence to back it up. Sure, while she spent most of her time being a hedonistic, sex-crazed king, she remained competent throughout her tenure, up until the very end when that one mage poured their entire life's essence into that one powerful curse. Though her judgmental eyes were pried upon the blonde, it wouldn't last long, for her misery under the scorching sun could only grow worse if her internal temperatures heightened from her annoyance.[break][break]

While it was a rather sultry move, the redhead unzipped the front of her suit down to her lower abdomen, unveiling her rather large bosom and strangely small bikini-bra that laid underneath. She was steaming hot - quite literally in fact, you could practically see the heat rising from the insides of her outfit released, but at the same time, the shining sheen of perspiration that was left behind gave her skin an even more attractive glow. Strangely enough, a lot of others have made it clear how appealing she can be, she's just never been able to see it for herself.[break][break]

Thankfully, no one was around to gawk at her, and even if there were, it wouldn't last long, for the first wave of sea monsters surfaced from the ocean, and they all looked like they were hungry for some fresh human meat. Morgan was tempted to zip her suit back up just to boost up her sense of security, but she knew it wouldn't help her out in the long run.[break][break]

What would prove to be an issue was her magic. On an elemental level, these creatures definitely had an affinity with water, while she was a master of hellfire and brimstone. Fortunately, she had other tricks up her sleeve, as one of the snakes would soon find out.[break][break]

A large, sharp stalagmite surfaced from the sand, piercing through the head of one of those creatures. An inhuman squeal escaped from its dying form and green, acidic blood coated the piece of rock she's summoned, sizzling whatever surface it came in contact with.[break][break]

"You do not want those things near you. Unless you are into those sorts of things, then I digress."[break][break]

Morgan was on a different wavelength than her guildmate. It's unfortunate, but the redhead didn't really enjoy the beach, not even back when she was a dude. Others enjoyed having the sands run between their toes, she didn't want sand anywhere near her, especially now that she had to live her life as a woman. Those grains of sand can be pesky, getting in all the wrong places. And the weather didn't help too, what with her body being encased in what was essentially a cocoon of leather and armor. If you've never seen a fire mage overheat, this might be your lucky day.[break][break]

Luckily, the guild master did force her to purchase some undergarments, and with how sultry they looked, it'd pass as a bikini should she choose to strip away her suit for the remainder of the mission. She's not quite there yet though. [break][break]

"I'm dying of heat." She admitted to no one in particular, fanning herself with a gloved hand while the continuous stream of perspiration flowed down either side of her face. As she glanced over toward her partner who seemed to be.. preoccupied iwth checking herself out, Morgan found herself unable to muster even the tiniest hint of enthusiasm when it came to hitting on the woman. Normally, she'd already be hounding her, perhaps even overstepping personal bounds with an arm draped over her shoulder or something of the sort. But now, all she could do was conserve what she had for the fight that awaited them.[break][break]

"Why are we still here.. just to suffer.." By this point, the blonde should be within proximity of her to have heard what she blabbered on about. All they had to do now was wait, but was there even a set time that those creatures would come out and launch their assault? And who's to say that if the two mages succeeded in protecting them from one, it'd mean they'd stop attacking from that point onward?[break][break]

Well, whatever the case, as long as they get paid handsomely, nothing else mattered.

Though she remained a skeptic about the existence of malicious spirits, Morgan was not too happy about being in a mansion that was as nasty as the one they were in. Almost every corner, they'd see burnt spots or the charred remains of mattresses that were probably used to mask the scent and evidence of whatever drugs they were cooking at the time. Broken beakers and shattered test tubes crunched under their boots with every few steps, and the smell didn't help ease whatever concerns they might have of catching strange illnesses within the area.[break][break]

The place was littered with trash.[break][break]

"While I normally condone the idea of splitting up to cover up more ground, do you think it is safe here?" She eyed the two other women, her shoulders coming up for a short shrug. They seemed to have much more experience with these sorts of settings than she ever had, and her expertise usually laid in the realms of being near nature, within the jungles - or just being a pampered king. "If so, I would not mind. What are the odds of an insane person jumping out at us with a knife in hand-"[break][break]

And just as she said that, the exact thing happened. An insane person, pale as can be, barged right through the doors behind where Morgan stood. It startled her to the point where she'd jump into Jerusalem's arms, but the man who was wielding a knife yielded the weirdest expression she had ever seen. Though she could sense his murderous intent, he looked calm. Unnervingly so.[break][break]

"Get ouuuuuttttt, before it takes your soul tooooo!"[break][break]

An ominous warning, right as he took the blade and ran it across the front of his Adam's Apple. He stumbled for a few seconds, but would soon trip down the stairs. One of the substantially weaker parts of the wood opened up.. and the house seemed to swallow him whole when he fell in, his last breaths already taken.

"H-How on earth would I know that!" Honestly, Morgan just awakened as a woman not long ago. Because of this, she remained unfamiliar with a lot of the things that come with being a representative of the female species. Their daily routines, what they had to look out for, as well as their anatomies and what it meant.[break][break]

"K-Kyaaaaaa~!" She shrieked, her face even redder than before, riddled with embarrassment from having her chest groped and fondled. Normally, the tight suit of armor pressed it down and made it smaller than it seemed to be, but the heat that it harbored from her staying under the sun for a bit too long did leave no room unattended to. Basically, what Audrey saw and touched was her chest at full force, which was certainly larger than D, or even DD's. Perhaps an E, leaning closer to the spectrum of G.[break][break]

She felt her knees weaken, and once the wolf was done playing with her, she'd slump down, cradling her chest while drool leaked from a corner of her mouth. Of course, she felt violated, and wouldn't even be able to pay attention to what the guild master picked out before she found herself dragged right into one of those changing rooms, where she now found herself in front of a large mirror, her own embarrassed reflection staring back at her. "W-What do you want me to do here?" Obviously, her experience lies with taking them off and not as much as putting them on, so it was only natural that she had no idea what she was doing, or had to do.

Morgan did not realize the potency of her magic to reach such extreme heights, but she did always have a thing when it comes to being empowered by rage. She hadn't known the male for long, sure, yet he did everything he could to protect the other two mages. For that, she was grateful, and for that, she would burn them all to a crisp.[break][break]

Though the witch's last attack landed as she was unable to do much about it, she steadied her stance and crossed out her arms in front of her, taking the brunt of it as the torrents collided with her body, splitting parts of her tight-fitting armor and leaving various cuts on her skin and flesh.[break][break]

The redhead chose to let the wolf girl end it all though, seeing as she was far more affected by the blonde being knocked out of commission. Add to the fact that she just didn't want to risk searing Mercy if her anger somehow got the better of her.[break][break]

Soon enough, they'd find themselves at the end of the fight, with all three sisters either dead or completely done for. The kidnapee erupted in cheers from where he was bound, filled with so much excitement that he caused the chair to trip and he smacked his face right on the concrete, effectively knocking himself out. She could've been more specific and addressed it as malevolent spirits, but they were all in the same package, right? The only spirits she'd seen were the Celestial Spirits, and they technically didn't qualify. Besides, the way they'd manifest themselves in the physical realm usually relied upon a mage's summoning and their pool of mana. In some cases, the more powerful spirits were capable of maintaining themselves for an extended period of time, but ethereal beings that have lingered in a plane of existence that they weren't supposed to be in? No way.[break][break]

"Hear that, Salem? Drug house!" Morgan chuckled, knowing the other redhead's fascination with those byproducts. She'd casually step into the mansion, her eyes darting around in case anything suspicious stood out. There would be nothing so far that'd succeed in capturing her attention. The place did need a little redecorating, but she could see the potential in it.[break][break]

From where they stood, it'd be a grand hall of sorts, with various old paintings and portraits displayed on the walls that were either rotted from mold or devoured by termites. The most noticeable thing was definitely the large staircase that led up to a second floor, where presumably all the bedrooms were located. But still, they'd have to watch their steps as the wood that it was made of had clearly seen better days, as evident by the holes that riddled random parts of it.[break][break]

"If we're lucky, perhaps you'd stumble on the stuff you need, whatever that might be. Or if we're not, well.. do you think this place remains unraided? The rumors would certainly keep others away, but there are quite a number of desperate people in the world."

The shade of red on Morgan's face was surprising, and from the way she chose to focus on the random patterns on the floor carpets as opposed to forming eye contact with the silver wolf was quite telling. As a male, she was used to receiving compliments and shoving them away as though they were meaningless words that did not carry any weight. Ever since she became a girl, everything seemed.. amplified to a degree. She cared about more things, she found herself vulnerable emotionally, and she hated peeing while sitting down. Heck, she hated cleaning up after she peed far more than anything! [break][break]

"P-Pick something then! I know nothing of what you'd want to see." At the end of the day, Audrey was the one who's paying for all this, so while the Red King wished she'd pick something that's a bit more in the realm of modesty, it's not like she was able to tell what was and what wasn't. While she had her own preferences of seeing certain women with certain body shapes donning a certain style of lingerie, she did not particularly saw herself as someone who was attractive, even with so many others telling her she was.[break][break]

"And how would I know how girls sleep with each other! I'm not a girl!" Evidently annoyed, Morgan's voice raised just above the average level, drawing a few raised eyebrows from the rest of the people around them, especially the clerk she had just hit on earlier. Because of that, she grew even more flustered than before, now wishing she could just head back to her room and sleep the day away.
