Vanishing Point

The middle aged woman frowned at how suspicion was casted in the direction of said merchant, perhaps finding it quite unlikely that he would have done anything of the sort. Still, she had decided to cooperate if only to help them along with the investigation for now.

"Well like I said, he is a handsome, youthful lad in his early twenties I would say. Average height, clean-shaven. Oh, and a brunette. Very handsome, very handsome indeed."

The look on her face almost suggested she was smitten herself and would probably have woo the man himself were she not a married woman. Meanwhile Kasumi had whip out her notebook and pencil to jot down the detail of this conversation.

"Do you know what wares does he sell?"she asked next.

"Perfumes. They have a very nice fragrance to them though the ones he sold are a bit on the expensive side. Apparently it was made of some exotic flowers that cannot be found locally. We never did buy any of his products but unlike other merchants, he wasn't very pushy with his sales." the middle aged woman explained.

"Oh yes, of course. I was hoping to see him again myself."the middle aged woman said before calling the boy earlier to grab the card she had put away. While the boy do so, Kasumi would redirect her attention to herself before explaining to describe her his face. As she seem charmed with him, she went into more detail than usual...too much detail perhaps but Kasumi's pencil never stopped moving while she go on and on about how handsome he was.

"Someone like this perhaps?"she asked, turning the notebook over to let the woman see it.

"O-oh...oh my, that's him. How did you..."she asked looking a bit surprised.

"Just take a bit of practice Ma'am. I would have been less helpful without your description"she replied humbly before turning the notebook over to Anniken to show her the sketch.

"We're looking for this person. A Mr..."Kasumi asked, her eyebrow raised towards the middle aged woman in question but before she was preempted before she can answer.

"Richard Diamond."the boy supplied before handing a violet business card. A perfume symbol could be seen printed on the front of the card with the presumed address behind them.

The boy blinked as he was subjected to Anniken's eyes. The name he had mentioned was the same as the one produced on the card and once Anniken looked into him further, she would notice that he was not affiliated with the perfume seller...not directly at least. The perfume seller had introduce himself to the family upon which the boy was around to hear it. Such a charming fellow even go out of his way to talk with the boy even though it was quite unlikely for the boy to buy any products. A subtle suggestion had been left in the boy's head...one that was quite simple as he had no magical resistance nor knowledge to know he had fallen under the spell.

"If you see anyone interested in me specifically, you'll be sure to let me know won't you lad? They might be interested in doing business with me."

The words were innocent enough in itself but the way it's imprinted in the boy's brain would compel him to do so if left unattended. But other than that, it did not seem like he was conspiring with the person they were looking for of their own free will. As for the purplette? She would remain silent upon recognizing the activation of Anniken Odin's eye so as to not potentially disrupt her.

"Wh-what?? Suggestion spell? But we didn't see or hear anything suspicious..." the middle aged woman exclaimed as she wrapped her arms around the boy protectively. Her flattered expression had turned into one of surprised and possibly anger. She could not have imagine the charming trader would be involved in something like this.

Kasumi's eyes narrowed at the telapthic vision shared by Anniken. Subtle spells like this is quite difficult to handle. If Anniken had not bothered to use her Omnipotent eye, she would have easily missed the suggestion place on him. Like a time bomb, it would have triggered once the proper circumstances have been met.

"...It is as she say Ma'am. Did you remember Mr Diamond talk to your son back then?"

"Well yes but I thought he was being friendly..." she replied though her words trailed off upon seeing Kasumi shook her head in response.

"He basically hypnotize your son to inform him if someone come in searching for him specifically. He would not have done that had he just be a humble trader no?" Though she didn't feel it was quite conclusive yet, it was the only lead they have for now. Now it's just a matter of how to handle the boy in question.

"Should I get rid of the suggestion Ma'am?" Kasumi asked as she place her notebook inside the suit to reach out for the boy.

The boy turned his eyes between Kasumi and Anniken, the former of which had offered to remove something from his head. He looked rather confused at first but consented to the treatment. His eyes focused on the snapping motion the blonde made before he blinked and shake his head slightly, a goofy smile appearing on his face.

"Not at all, thank you for removing the spell. I hope you two catch him!"said the middle age woman even as the duo began to retreat away from the area. Kasumi would nod in reassurance though her lips widen into a smile now that they have an address courtesy of the card and an actual face for them to track.

"This may be a fake address but I still think it's worth checking out. The real clue we have now is his appearance...now that we knew how exactly he looks like, we can inform our men to keep an eye out for him perhaps?" Kasumi suggested, her eyes studying her own drawing.

Once her suggestion was met with approval, Kasumi would nod and take out the radio so as to give out the orders. She paused however as Justice began to explain her reasoning as well as her wishes that the purplette would give out orders more often. All that on top of permission to address her in a more informal manner. Sure, she had address Ivory more affectionately recently but the godfather herself?

"...Understood. I'll drop the title Ma'am and use your respective name M-" she paused, catching herself just in time. "Justice. And Anniken."

Well, using nicknames would be a bit much for the purplette at this point. There was also the fact that the there are two personality in that particular body. She would have to give them some thought to use the appropriate name but for now, the game is afoot. Taking out the radio, she would direct the men to form a perimeter around the nearby area and keep an eye out for the mage in question. There was a certain familiarity with the way she did it, as if she had done so countless time before.

"May I ask the reasoning behind this change Justice?" she asked, even as she make her way to the address in question.

"Fraternity is it?"

It's a concept she had been struggling with ever since she joined the organization. The reason being it clashed heavily with her previous affiliation which maintained a sense of professionalism at all times. A small smile bloomed on her lips, just mere weeks ago she would probably dismissed such notion. Thanks to some people she had worked together with the past few weeks, she had decided to give them the concept a chance.

"I'm honored that you would find me worthy of your trust. While I would not be opposed if you treat me as a tool, far be it from me to reject friendship."

There was a slight pause as a light bulb lit in her head. Given the nature of their organization which was quite similar to the one she read in a book somewhere, coming up with a nickname was much easier than she had thought in first place.

"Hm, I supposed that makes you my Anego. I shall call you that as nickname from now on."

As if satisfied with her choice Kasumi would give a slight nod. Granted, she should probably come up with a specific nickname for each personality but more often than not they would speak together or even alternate between each other. And given her ranking, it was all the more fitting for her.

"Shall we make our way then Anego?"
