 | The older man was proud to be a member of such a lovely guild, in a super cool guild hall to boot! To be honest he couldn't imagine being with any other group for now, and these people were like his new family. Saros' dreams had become a lot more horrific as of late mostly about his dark past and so he needed something to ease his mind. Smoking was fun, sure, but the way that training helped was even better for these thoughts. So instead of going on some journey of self discovery he would train until he was feeling better and what better place to train than in the training room of the Asgard. One of the many luxuries of being a guild mage. "I wonder where everyone is?"He asked himself as he stretched and waited for someone, anyone to come and be his sparring partner. Saros knew that the training area was usually busy around this time so he simply waited until someone would come. It might not have been optimal but it was a good way to do things on the fly. Hearing the doors to the giant room open, he looked over and waved to the newcomer; his red t shirt and black sweatpants standing out against the monotone background, with his red sneakers completing the look. Jinn recalled this word to mind; its vocalization by him in repetition, in fact. He was told to clean up the training room – at least a bit. The old gym-esque room, wooden floors, maybe or maybe not a time-weathered boxing ring off to the side of it – its atmosphere was dreary, shoddy, and being in an era where renovations were essentially not a thing, it would seemingly forever remain a jerry-built sweat room.
The doors opened indeed. A man holding a steel pail, dented and scuffed for ostensibly a century straight, walked in with a mop in tow. Short, white hair, red eyes, a sunken expression that suggested unending fatigue, he moved without casting his attention anywhere but to the items he carried.
When he moved in, he placed the pail down, the act of which spilled some of the soapy water onto the floor adjacent to it. The mop, however, was just thrown down, colliding against the floor with a loud clank. The reverberation was abrupt and made its home within the room for a sizable moment that seemingly stretched on for too long.
He was being waved at. He only saw a sliver of the action as he was overcome with smoke. A cat sat there in the man's wake, having replaced him.
“This is why I didn't want to do this... now what can I do...”

| Saros hadn't recognized the person entering the room with a mop bucket, a mop and a dreary look but their features reminded him of-- Jinn! With that puff of smoke encompassing the newcomers form he could see clearly that the cat had transformed into a human, how interesting! A gleeful look on his face, Saros would audibly gasp and call out to his felid friend. "Hey Jinn! I didn't know you could do that, how cool!"Though it was to be expected given that cat could talk he hadn't yet found a way to understand how exactly such a thing could occur. Not that he was going to dwell on the matter for too long, he was just still so new to all of this wackiness. "What's with the cleaning tools? Did you get assigned clean up duty or something?" Saros asked curiously, taking the time to stretch and limber himself up. He was still pretty flexible despite his age, heavenly body magic allowed such a thing, especially when considering how often he turned himself into a living meteor. One didn't do things of that nature without keeping themselves in tip top shape. Tagged: Jinn Godfrey

His attention was pulled back to the man.
“Oh – yeah, that's what I should look like one-hundred percent of the time.” He did not go on, however, and seemed perfectly content leaving it at that.
“The cleaning tools are for me; but, y' know, some time will have to pass before I can actually use them...” He looked about. While it was rather messy, he continued. “Does it really look so bad that it needs cleaning?”
The answer to that was most likely, yes.
“I'd ask what you're doing in here, but it's obvious given the purpose of the room. That and if I recall, you're a living legend. It's difficult to have that kind of title while lazing about and neglecting training, huh.”

| With Jinn's words Saros would assume the young kitten was cursed or something like that but he wasn't one to question for answers. Especially when he wasn't here to talk much, that wasn't the purpose of a training room in the slightest; lest one were training a child. The white haired being was nothing of the sort. Saros, in theory, could clean the room in a matter of moments using his meteor spell but nobody learned if you did everything for them. So instead he would continue to stretch while his guild mate spoke to him, bringing up his status as a living legend. Something which made the middle aged mortal smirk with delight, waving off the cats words coyly. "Well, you know, gotta stay in perfect shape if you wanna be great!"Bending his body into several unique position as part of his warm up, he would continue to question the cat. He'd heard that he was a mage but he'd yet to see any of Jinn's magic which wasn't right at all, he had to see it! "Can you still use your magic while in that form?"Tagged: Jinn Godfrey

“Of course,” Jinn replied. “It's the form I naturally return to and was born as.”
It was somewhat strange offering a response as the figure continued to bend every which way. Regardless, assumption of a sought-after demonstration moved Jinn to elevate a paw. Its ends were caudled by green flames. They licked at its ends and danced about until abruptly expanding into a star-like mass of black and green flame. Its size easily trumped his own form's and threatened to seize the ceiling itself.
“Oops,” he said unconvincingly as it vanished as promptly as it appeared. Seeing no reason to keep the paw elevated, he brought it back to meet the wooden floor below.
