Berry listened to the woman speak about her feelings towards her. The strawberry blonde flinched when she heard her reveal she felt few positive feelings about herself prior. Subsequent implications warming her heart, she smiled before she spoke.
“And I can’t imagine life without you in it, ne? Don’t wanna lose you, not sure if I could stomach that. It’s why I was livid and worried when I heard the news, and I rushed in here as soon as I could,” she added in response.
The woman’s hands continued to sift slender fingers through violet locks. In exchange for her own body’s lack of warmth, Kasumi felt warm to the touch. She never wanted to lose any of the feelings associated with holding and loving her girlfriend. The idea continued to daunt her, even though she put on a convincing smile.

The fact that someone would be angry and expressed concern about her well being made her throat tight with emotion. Had it been anyone else she would have dismiss them and perhaps even gave them the cold shoulder. There was no doubt about it, Berry was really a special individual for her.
"I'm sorry I made you angry and worried..."she replied before leaning in to plant a kiss towards her girlfriend lips. She wasn't quite sure how to assuage her feelings and though she had apologize multiple times it never felt quite enough for her. Taking hold of her hand, she would squeeze it slightly and snuggle against the vampire's cheek.
"Allow me to make up for it. Once I am deem fit for mission let's take one together...and maybe a date after that?" she proposed even as she look at her directly in the eyes.

Feeling the sensation against her lips, Berry leaned into the motion and accepted it. Tilting her head to deepen it, she combed her fingers through her hair. Savouring it for a longer period than expected, she reciprocated the hand squeezing and enjoyed the feeling of her snuggling. It made her feel a lot better. If there was a bright side to all this, she felt it was her new appreciation for the time she spent with those she cared about.
”Yeah. We can do that,” Berry replied, looking to her eyes in return. ”Mission first. Then the date after. I don’t mind. Think I need to watch over you more closely and then just need to take my mind off things. Speaking of which…”
A playful smile danced along her lips as her eyes gained a mischievous glint.
”I may have a thing in mind regarding what we can do now, since I healed you…”

Kasumi closed her eyes as she appreciate the softness of her lips pressed against hers and the gentle caress of her fingers. It was this kind of contact that she craved ever since she returned from that mission which soothe any unease she had felt. Even moreso that Berry returned the favor with as much enthusiasm.
Upon hearing Berry's agreement to do mission together followed by a tryst, she would exhale in relief. Had the vampiress refused she would have been out of options. Seeing the devious glint within her eyes, Kasumi had a hunch that she knew what the girl was aiming for. But instead of guessing, she would tilt her head in a quizzical manner choosing to play coy for now.
"Oh? What do you have in mind Berry?"

”Mm…”
Berry continued to smirk while she shifted her weight forward. Unimpeded, she would let her mass do the work while she pinned Kasumi to the hospital bed. Through telekinetic influence, she locked the door and blockaded any window that might have allowed a person to see into the room with a large desk. Though her efforts, nobody retained the ability to spectate.
It made her intentions clear.
Tracing her hand along her cheek, it wandered down the length of her neck. Down the length of her shoulder and arm, before she squeezed her hand. Her other hand was no slouch. It relocated to her chest, and she harboured intentions against the doctor’s orders.
Good thing she was the doctor.
”Eh, I think it’d be best if I showed you…”
