MISSION NAME: Organ Harvester CLIENT: Odin Spear CHARACTERS: Kasumi Ito Berry Everett-BaileyMISSION BRIEFING: A group of shady characters had been kidnapping orphans within the town. Track them down and stop them. There are many different types of trash in this world but the ones she hates the most are the scums that prey on the weak. And this one may have just taken the top spot. Sure, desperate circumstances may be the reason why one would turn to heinous crime but that was no excuse to prey on the young ones who have no one left on this world. Even bandits have more fucking standard than these kind of scum.
Within an empty building a shirtless man could be seen hanging by his wrists on a rope. When he was first caught by the purplehead she seem to be the prim and proper type. Sure, he gave her the attitude and refuse to cooperate immediately. He had thought that she'd probably try to negotiate with him so as to tell the whereabouts of their base. Until he was sure he could get a sweet deal her he wouldn't have told them a single thing. Too bad for him, the woman believed less in negotiation and more in interrogation. No sooner than the word bitch left his mouth, darkness consume him and he woke up with new duty as a punching bag.
His whole body were bruised and bleeding and there were imprints of fists all over. His eyes were swelled shut he could barely see his surroundings. His consciousness had been drifting in and out for a while now and he wanted the pain to go away. It didn't matter if he lied, stay silent or even insult her, she would keep punching him. Right now, he just wanted the pain to stop and go away. So he told her the truth. About his comrades, their base, how they would stalk the orphans before capturing them and the plans were to harvest them for their organs so they could sell them directly to rich people who needed them. He spilled everything he knew so that he'd be spared from those fists.
Having beaten the truth out of the scum, Kasumi decided to spare him for now and went over to Berry's side grabbing a towel as she do so. Wiping the sweat off her face she gave a smile towards the sky dragon slayer and take a bottle to make sure she hydrate herself.
"Think I cooked him rather nicely now dear. Feel free to help yourself."

Pushing herself up from a chair she seated herself on earlier, the golden-eyed woman cracked her neck. Reciprocating the smile, she lacked the previous anger from the day at the hospital. Berry was more interested in giving the child murderer his dues.
Regarding that orphan killing, organ selling trash she watched the purple-haired woman beat the shit out of for the last extensive period of time, she thought long and hard about how she would reduce him to nothing. After deciding, she held both arms forward and focused her Magic. The spell she used belonged to a different Magic type than her slaying.
Her arms expanded as though comprised of metal, and changed in pigment to a metallic grey. Transforming, they turned rectangular and formed a horrific machine one could find in junkyards for the purpose of destroying metal. Berry turned her arms into what appeared to be a massive scrap metal shredder while she stared towards the man. The rows of fanged metal turned and twisted, capable of crushing and tearing vehicles down to small bits.
A pair of hooks dislodged from her shoulders and pierced through the man’s flesh. Prying them back towards her, she dragged him into the mouth of the horrific machine. Should she be unimpeded, she would drag him through the scrap metal shredder and reduce him to pulp. As she did, she absorbed the blood into her body.
As well as consuming his soul.

Kasumi had expected to see her lover would simply bite on the scum's neck and suck him dry. Thus she was quite surprised upon seeing Berry's form of machinery based magic. As do the scum that witness the metal monstrosity that had formed before his very eyes. Both mouth had dropped to the floor...though one of them in horror and the other in delight.
The sight that unfold before her very eyes made her weak in the knees. The thug had screamed and thrashed with his legs upon seeing that he'd be fed to the machine. Her heart beat fast as she watched the scum got straight up torn by the metal shredder. Heated breathing escaped from her lips as she hold onto her cheeks.
"Haa...haa..."
Is there a vision that could be even more sublime? She was not the type to derive such feelings from watching execution of others but the way Berry did it make her body quite heated. Swallowing her accumulated saliva, for the first time, her neutral expression was stripped bare to reveal the raw emotion underneath.
"That's so hot..." she muttered.

Berry’s heightened sense of smell allowed her to pick up on the aroma wafting through the air. Additionally, her golden eyes took note of Kasumi’s form and heeded the state her action put her in. Her lips crept into a small, playful smirk. The sight before her allured her, and she spared no effort towards hiding it.
Turning her arms back into their original form, the vampire fixed her attention on her amethyst-maned lover. Making her way over to her, she harboured unmentionable intentions within her heart despite being on a mission. She doubted Kasumi could maintain the composure needed to continue with her complete lack of it in that moment.
”Mm, I think you’re the hotter one right now, Kassie,” Berry started in response, tracing her hands along her curvature. Slow and deliberate, she wanted her to feel very touch of her slender fingers against her. Right now, she knew the twain desired a different thing than progress. She could be quick about it, too.
”Don’t think you can continue on like this. Let me show you a special new spell of mine…”

"Thanks for helping me address my needs Berry."
Once their excursion had been concluded, Kasumi had stood up and began to fix her own clothes. It was quite funny really, a couple of days ago she would not have believe herself to be distracted in the middle of a mission. But love had changed her in many ways, both small and big ones. With no full body mirror in sight, she would rely on her partner's help to check out that she was properly attired with not a hair out of place.
"Well then, back to the task at hand..."she began as she took out the map from the knapsack and a pen before plotting out the base they had beaten out from the poor thug earlier. It was quite a bit of distance from the building they had taken refuge in...on the abandoned district on the other side of town.
"From here that should take us around 30 minutes by foot. Sooner, if we can spot some of them and commandeer their vehicles."she proposed as she scanned the map she put in place.
"We can expect heavy resistance but unless they hired mage recently we should have no trouble dealing with them. By the time this is over, you'll be bloated~"

”Thanks for helping me address my needs, Kassie.”
After it was done, she made sure to help Kasumi fix her attire. The woman had no intention of pranking her; she had no desire to let other people see a wardrobe malfunction when it came to her significant other. Berry considered the woman perfect to her, and that was the way she wanted her to be portrayed.
The duo got back on track after that. She watched her retrieve the map and shifted her attention towards it. It seemed the pair needed to head to the abandoned district. Always a sketchy place, but she was half ghost dragon. Few things scared her anymore.
”You know, a health human diet is usually said to be meat and veggies. For me, that’s blood and souls. Really hope I don’t pork up from all of this eating,” she said in response. It was not a complaint, however. Berry never could get enough blood and souls; the elements served as sustenance for her and a means of powering her spells in some cases.

"Oh? Well even if you do I'll help you reduce those extra weight you gain. Of course, I will love your regardless of how you look." Kasumi replied with a smile. Those words were spoken from her heart and was the absolute truth. Just as Berry had accepted everything about her, she would endeavor to do the same with the vampiress in question.
"We should probably make our way there now. They're probably wondering what happened to the guy we caught and send someone to fetch him or at least confirm what happened."
With that Kasumi would fold away the map and put it back inside her bag. Lifting said bag, she would turn towards Berry's direction to give her a nod indicating her readiness. Should Berry return the gesture, Kasumi would immediately set out with her for the abandoned district. If not, she would wait for Berry to get her own preparation ready. 30 minutes on foot is a tad long but with company like Berry, she's certain that they'd barely feel the time taken to travel in between.

”Hmm. Good thing about that is even if they send someone, they’re not gonna find anything left of him here. Just gonna have to write him off as missing.”
Tidying her clothing, Berry turned her sights towards the exit. She acknowledged the need to get a move on, even if she wanted to spend the rest of the day there, be lazy, and do more things she enjoyed the most with her favourite person. However, she harboured animosity towards those who sought to exploit and murder orphans for their own benefit. People with that mentality needed to die, and she relished the opportunity to take care of them. Simple stuff.
After providing her input, she nodded in response. Following her out of the abandoned district, she walked alongside her in the direction of the criminal residence. Berry shared the sentiment about not feeling the burn of the walk because she was with her significant other. Even though her feet might hurt by the end of it, she did not care.

As they walked towards the abandoned district, Kasumi cannot help but noticed that the architecture had transform gradually. As they were in post-calamity era, most of the better buildings were just ancient ones that survived the test of time. The rest were moreso heaps of scrap metal put together so as to provide protection against the weather.
"H-help! Mmphh!"
The duo haven't even reach the abandoned district yet when they heard a child's cry for help. Turning to face the source of the voice, they would discover three thugs within a park. One of them had his hand clamped around the child's mouth, holding a piece of cloth to the latter's face. One can see the child squirming get weaker every second most likely due to the effect of whatever chemical underneath that cloth. The two others were close by with one of them standing near a jeep, both bearing an assault rifle. Noticing the presence of the duo they would levelled the rifles in their direction and glare menacingly.
"What'cha looking at? Get out of here unless you want to be filled with leads."
Kasumi snorted as she tighten the gloves on her hands. Magical energy seeps through her body as she prepared herself. Three opponents, all armed but only two of them were ready to engage them right this moment. A trace of feral look can be seen in her eyes almost like a jaguar eying her prey.
"How fortunate. Guess we don't have to walk all the way."

”Yeah?”
The thugs witnessed what most humans feared in that moment—the unknown. Her form appeared to shimmer, and the temperature around them dropped to arctic levels. What was once a strawberry blonde shifted into the appearance of an apparition. A featureless silhouette with mussed hair covering her face, standing motionless in place. She did not take a step towards the group, instead appearing as a figure who seemed as though if they took their eyes off her—she would no longer be there.
Accompanied by the eccentric sighting was an overwhelming feeling of dread, despair, and a feeling of impending doom. A force that could not be understood, seeming to contain the anguish of thousands of lost spirits all at once. All these feelings of loss, grief, madness and death were focused on the triad before them. The sensations would induce a feeling of paralysis, preventing them from moving and providing Kasumi with more than enough time to murder them and rescue the child.

Sparing a glance to watch the transformation Berry had just gone through, Kasumi smirked slightly at the sight. The sight that took place before her eyes were enough to render the thugs petrified immediately, unable to move a single inch. They shuddered like leaves in the wind, eyes widening even as she walked up towards them in a non-chalant.
For the thugs in question, it felt as if something had taken hold of their body and kept them there. Unable to comprehend what just transpired, they can only shudder as a wide range of horrible experience assailed from them. Teeth chattering, eyes widening, they could only watch as Berry transformed into that of an apparition while Kasumi transformed into that of the reaper. Their pants were immediately soiled as they observed the reaper glided closer towards them and though they had attempt to pull the trigger as much as they could, their finger couldn't move. And when the reaper reached out with it's bony finger, a blood curling scream escaped from their lips.
Prying off the thug's grip from the child, Kasumi channeled her magical energy into him so as to get rid of effect of the chemical pressed against his mouth. With a gentle smile, she would gently pushed him in the direction away from where the thug held in place even as he struggled to give his gratitude. She rather not traumatize him on what that was about to happen next. Forming a knife hand, she would slice them against the throat, their elbow and legs in one smooth motion. While normally such strike would only render a bruise at most, she had channeled her magical energy in them in such a manner that it may as well be a blade. Blood spurt out from the areas she had amputated like geyser as their limbs and heads fell down to the ground. Sparing a glance at the severed head, she noticed the frightened look were etched on their face. They couldn't even imagine what had just happened, as their mind were completely occupied by fear, madness and grief even until the last moment.
Kasumi took a glance inside the jeep just to check if there was anyone else inside but spotted none. There was a radio and a bundle of rope and chemicals however, which she assumed to be their standard equipment for when it comes to kidnapping the children. Turning her head in Berry's direction, she would give her a nod and a hand signal indicating the area was clear.

Kasumi approached the terrified duo under the guise of the reaper. While the child was spared from the horrific sight, the pair of criminals were subjected to the highest degree of it. Berry watched while the kid was ushered away, and the subsequent bloodshed that ensued through her partner’s violent, elegant motions. Knife hand strikes reinforced to be razor sharp, severing through bone and muscles with ease. Bones jutting out of bloody stumps, multiple eruptions of blood painted the expanse.
With Kasumi’s cue, she approached the scene. Holding her hand out, she formed an opening in her palm with a mechanical interior. Channeling her magic, she started to use a high-powered vacuum to siphon the blood into the iron tunnel. Consuming the blood through these means, she refrained from stopping until the thugs were naught but dry husks. In addition to their blood, she drained their souls into her hand and used them for sustenance as well. The woman ran her tongue over her lips in satisfaction.
Leaving nothing but dry skin and skeletal remains, she turned her attention back towards Kasumi. Making her way over, she stomped on a skull hard enough to smash it to pieces and ground her heel against the residual bits of desolate brain.
”Mmm, thanks for the meal~ Can’t be the last of them, can it?”

Kasumi watched silently as Berry sucked the blood from all the criminals within the area. It was quite fortunate that she had her needs attended to earlier, lest her scent would fill the park. Still, the sight was enough to cause her cheek to flush and her body to shudder slightly though she had more composure as compared to earlier.
"Nay, we barely scratched the surface dear~"
With that she would open the door to the driver side of the jeep the criminals used earlier. The key was still inside the ignition so it was just a matter of turning it on to start it up. It was a relief that they managed to find this jeep before arriving at the location, her feet were slightly exhausted from all that walking. Beckoning Berry to get hop onto the vehicle with her hand, she would wait until her girlfriend get inside before continuing their journey towards the abandoned district.
"According to the victim we tortured back then there should at least be two dozen of these scums involved in this gig. Since we killed four of them, there should be twenty remaining."
The lack of illumination on the street informed that they were approaching the abandoned district. With worn down roads and buildings that look like they're in the middle of demolishing, it wasn't hard to guess why nobody wanted to live in this place. Of course, it also means a lot of hiding spots for these scumbags to try and ambush them but instead of feeling concerned her heart beats in excitement. Her mind already imagine multiple ways for her to "cook" the thugs before serving them to Berry to dine in.

Berry listened to Kasumi inform her that the grand dining had only just begun. Lips curving into a smirk, she revelled in the excitement of getting to drink more blood and souls from the unfortunate criminals plaguing the streets and targeting defenseless orphans. Their misery was a lot of people’s euphoria, including her own.
Beckoned into the vehicle by Kasumi, Berry hopped inside and made herself comfortable. Cozy meant laying down and resting her head on Kasumi’s lap while she operated the lacrima-powered automobile. Enjoying the pillow she acquired, she turned her attention towards the roof.
Listening to Kasumi talk about the remaining forces, she nodded. It sounded promising for her agenda. After all, devouring another twenty souls and drinking the blood in their physical body promised to state her voracious appetite; or at least work on quelling it.
“Good. I think I’ll be pretty full by the end of this.”
Turning her attention towards the window, she noted the environment. Beat up and worn down, she learned that the duo was heading into slummier territory. However, it failed to arouse any sense of danger in the slayer.

Kasumi was slightly surprised when Berry lay her head on her lap but did not protest or resist as she continued to focus on the road. While her expression remained stoic, her cheek flushed by quite a bit. Taking one hand off the steering wheel, she would stroke her hair along the way even as they drove through the neighborhood.
Despite the poor state the neighborhood was in, ironically it made the orphan kidnappers all the more easier to find. Being humans, they still required light source to navigate and the thugs didn't take precaution in hiding their presence. Balls of light could be seen floating through the darkness in the distance, some of them moving across the streets while others within an abandoned mall building. There was also a trash can lit with fire next to the building itself with a few thugs armed with rifles surrounded for warmth.
"Three by the trashcan, two more making a patrol around the compound."she reported before her eyes glowed with a violet hue as she use her reinforcement magic. Focusing on the window of the high rise building, her lips moved soundlessly as she check.
"Two by the window, looking down. Probably snipers."The rest should be somewhere within the building itself. Shall we proceed to the banquet?" she suggested with a smirk.
