- Anna is born to two merchant-hunters. Due to complications, her mother dies of child-birth and her father follows in her wake from grief.
- Anna is an orphan and grew up in the care of the Nemean Claw Guild. She is taught magic by the guild members who had time on their hands. In exchange, Anna did chores around the Guild Hall.
- Anna is extremely bright. She learns quickly but she also failed to learn self-control. She becomes obsessive. This habit of hers becomes one of the reasons she is known as The Mad Hunter.
- Anna starts hunting with the Nemean Claw members. She refuses to be babied. One day, she goes off on a hunt by herself and returns one week later with three wolf carcasses.
- Anna learns she is in love with a guild mate. She longs for the woman but her love was never reciprocated.
- Anna has known the current guild master, Nailiah, for a long time. She has been a source of comfort for Anna. The guild master is also Anna's sparring partner.
- Anna never knew her last name and she never thought of getting one. She was Anna, with no family but the guild.
- Anna suffers from alcoholism which stemmed from watching two guild mates die during a hunting mission.
- Anna is trying to stay alive in these trying times.
