Perhaps seeking company as her time grew near, she invited them both to live alongside her. Her name was Sylvia Wetzel. These two flux of exceed and nekomata listened to stories of her while she was in her youth; stories from before The Calamity. With her passing, the two inherited the cottage and fashioned it into a guild.

The guild focuses on giving refuge to those in need. It's co-founder, Notorious B.I.G. , is responsible for medicines, herbal remedies, and treating injuries despite the irony of his magic being ill-suited to do such things; hence his leaning on what nature is able to provide him and what knowledge the guild's books and tomes can teach him.

Its founder, Quince Haven II , is mysterious even to his sibling. It seems as if the life of the former guild master of Quatro Cerberus ended by Koji's own hands. This is what started the rivalry between the two guilds; Cait Shelter and Quatro Cerberus.
There are not many things in terms of positions at Cait Shelter. Everybody is seen as equal; but after acquiring the aid of Odin's Spear, a new position has been added; The Associates. These are members Notorious B.I.G. trusts to join in joint operations with Odin's Spear.
