Thanking Odin that she was born with a functioning pair of eyes, she thoroughly enjoyed Kasumi’s reaction to her drink. More than that, she appreciated fortune’s grace in providing her with the mental fortitude to cease drinking before it ventured into the territory of dangerous. She did want more, but that was plenty of blood to keep her sated. In fact, with the amount of blood she drank the other day she was afraid she might pork up at this rate.
Licking her own lips to collect any residual lifeblood that may have been adhering to them, she continued to eyeball Kasumi with enthusiasm. Her theories were proved correct. Without being mixed with blood, the alcohol did nothing for her. Now that she drank alcohol combined with the liquid scarlet, she felt the beginnings of a buzz beginning to take effect.
”Indeed, you have achieved your mission. Please do tell me when your blood has replenished itself more. Or maybe it already did once I healed you? My, if that were the case, I may be able to milk out quite a bit at the cost of my reserves…”

Berry's positive response was all that she needed to bring her a relief. Had that not been the case, she would have been at a loss as to what to try next. That sweet innocent smiled she bore combined with the suave charm was something she had trouble resisting against. And when she asked her if she could take another sip? Part of her wished to decline that but was immediately eclipsed by the drunken part of her which felt daring enough to try that again.
"Of course. Feel free to help yourself Berry."
Swallowing, she would braced her neck again for Berry to dive her fangs into. Her cheeks were heated as she remembered the sensation back there she didn't know if Berry had not realize it or she did but pretend not to. Either way she made sure to mentally prepare herself. Afterall she was simply caught offguard last time. Anticipation of what awaits made her breathe heavier...which was already heavy from what she had gone through earlier.

In terms of actual sustenance, Berry knew it was fruitless to heal someone and continuously feed on them. After all, healing took energy—drinking blood replenished it and served as food. But if she kept spending the energy she took in, then she would just go around in circles. However, for the purpose of drinking more alcohol riddled blood, it served her well. Kasumi would get her wish; the concoction worked, and she would be very inebriated by the end of this.
”So soon? My, I won’t keep you waiting.”
Refraining from the preliminary breathing she did on her neck the last time, she went in right away. Another kiss to the same spot, and she sank in her fangs. No pain ensued, and she drank several mouthfuls of crimson life. The sweet, savoury flavour and warmth her cold physiology yearned for was euphoric, but she pulled away before she took too much once again.
And then she held out her hand and healed the puncture once again.
”We may want to take a break from the blood drinking, the bartender is looking at us weird~.”

Kasumi inhaled sharply as she felt the sensation from last time had just intensified. Her body shuddered the whole time Berry sucked her blood and it wasn't until she had stopped that relief washed over her. This cycled of blood sucking and healing was quite an addictive experience for her...and it wasn't until Berry pointed out that the bartender were looking at them weird that she forced herself to calm down.
Taking the glass containing the remaining of rum and coke, she down the drink in one go before slamming the cup down the table. There was a surge of confidence overflowing within her body. Catching Berry's eyes, she would lean towards her enough that their lips would have met should she scoot any closer.
"Or... we could continue them at one of our place. I've got a bottle of champagne I've kept for special occassion. I do believe this could be considered as one~" she said with a smirk on her face.
"So what do you say Berry? Would you be opposed to a more private setting~?"

Bringing the Bloody Mary to her lips, she drank down the remaining contents. While she refrained from slamming it down as her drinking partner did, she set it back down and licked her lips. Though it did little for her, the combination of tastes between savoury, sweet, and the cocktail sat pleasantly on her palette. A pleased sigh emanated from her, and she locked her gaze back onto Kasumi.
Listening to her words, she took interest when she spoke about champagne and bringing it to a more private setting. Her lips curled into a smirk once she heard the implications, and she look eager when they almost touched the other woman’s own. Leaning closer to her once more, she rested her hand on the upper portion of Kasumi’s leg. Hiking it up higher, she brought her lips close to her ear and whispered.
”Of course, that sounds very nice. I hope you can handle me better than you’re handling that liquor, Kassie,” she cooed in response. Docking down lower, she blew cool air onto her neck where she last drew blood from, before pushing herself to her feet.
”Let’s have some fun.”
