We're looking for characters to come and join us in our game for our JLU Halloween Event! Metropolis has been taken over by a strange and sinister carnival where the monsters and horrors are very real. Something is very wrong, and your character may be the only one who may be able to find out what and why. Our event is an Open House event, which means you don't have to sign up or create a character sheet in order to play with us.
JLUnited is a multiverse conglomerate game set in a melding of the Marvel & DC universes. We're superheroes with a heavy splash of modern fantasy, a pinch of science fiction, and sprinkling of just about anything else you can imagine! If your character can manage to blend in in a modern fantasy setting, then they're a great fit for JLU!
This fall we're celebrating our Spooky Side, so this event will have a heavy focus on ghosties, ghoulies, and things that go bump in the night, but feel free to bring whoever you may enjoy! Here's what we're looking for:
✔ Supernatural Characters, Superheroes, Modern Fantasy Characters
✔ Canons from DC, Marvel, Hellboy, The Shadow, Gargoyles, & Good Omens
✔ Original Characters
✔ Writers with a good grasp of spelling, grammar, and fair cooperative story telling
✔ Writers who enjoy hanging out with a bunch of silly nerds
✔ Writers who enjoy a wide variety of genres (we've got a little bit of everything!)

X Usually our Open House events are pretty peaceful, but this year we're introducing a new major character with a bit of a bang, so if you've been wanting to get in on some of the action in any of our previous events, don't miss out!
Some of the Events we're going to host for our Halloween Open House:
★ Radio Plays, Silent Movies, and Creepy Stories
★ A Haunted Hayride where the riders don't come back...
★ A seemingly abandoned carnival
★ A chance to be part of a plot that will change an aspect of our game permanently
★ OOC trivia, movies, and games celebrating the Halloween Season
★ Halloween Fanfiction to read and Art to Enjoy
